Postell — Stamp Camera & Scrapbook

1. Introduction
Welcome to Postell ("we", "us", "our", or the "App"). Postell turns your everyday photos into collectible postage stamps, albums, and scrapbook pages.
We built Postell with privacy in mind. Your photos and creations are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Postell accesses, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
Postell does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on our servers.
The App does not require:
Account creation
Sign-in
Email registration
Analytics
Advertising
Tracking
Telemetry
Postell has no backend server for collecting or storing your personal data.
2.2 On-Device Data
Content created within Postell, including stamps, collections, scrapbook pages, captions, and app preferences, is stored locally on your Android device using an embedded database.
This information remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export content.
3. Android Permissions
Postell may request the following Android permissions when required by the App:

| Photos / Media | To select and import existing photos from your device for stamp creation. |
Postell does not request or use location, contacts, microphone, phone, SMS, or other unnecessary permissions.
You can manage app permissions at any time through your Android device's Settings.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Postell offers optional paid subscriptions ("Postell Pro") to unlock premium features.
All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Postell does not collect, process, or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment information.
We may receive purchase-related information such as subscription or purchase status from Google Play in order to provide the features you have purchased.
New installations may receive a complimentary 7-day preview of Pro features without requiring a payment method.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

5. Sharing & Exporting
Postell allows you to share stamps and scrapbook pages using Android's built-in sharing functionality and export content as PDF files.
When you choose to share content:
The content is passed to the app or service you select through Android's share system.
Postell does not intercept, copy, or store the shared content.
The privacy practices of the receiving app or service are governed by its own privacy policy.
Exported PDF files are generated locally on your device.
6. Sound Effects
Postell may play optional sound effects, such as a camera shutter sound.
Audio files are bundled with the App and played locally. Postell does not record, collect, or transmit audio.
7. In-App Reviews
Postell may use the Google Play In-App Review API to ask you to rate the App.
The review process is handled by Google Play. Postell does not collect or control the rating or review you submit through Google Play.
8. Children's Privacy
Postell does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Because Postell does not collect personal data from users, the App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
9. Third-Party Services
Postell uses the following Google Play services:

10. Data Retention & Deletion
Postell does not store your personal data on external servers.
Your locally stored app data can be removed by:
Uninstalling Postell from your Android device, or
Clearing Postell's app data through Android Settings.
Removing the app's local data permanently deletes locally stored stamps, collections, scrapbook pages, captions, and preferences.
Postell does not maintain a server-side copy or backup of this data.
11. Data Security
Your Postell data is stored in the App's private storage area on your Android device and is protected by Android's operating-system security mechanisms.
Postell does not transmit your locally stored content to our servers.
We recommend keeping your Android operating system and device software up to date.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
